摘　　要：目的 :结合剂型、临床应用等方面 ,评价我国中药缓控释制剂的特点 ,并对研究过程中存在的问题和发展前景作了初步分析。方法 :通过检索相关文献资料 ,从胃内滞留型、微球型、骨架型、凝胶等 4个剂型概述了我国中药缓控释制剂的发展状况。结果与结论Objective:To evaluate the characteristics of slow and controlled release agents of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and make a preliminary analysis on problems and prospect during the study of TCM,in aspects of agents and clinical application.Methods:The research progress in slow and controlled release agents of TCM was summarized through retrieving the relating literatures on four types of agents including gastric retention,microsphere,skeleton and gel types.Results and conclusion:The researches on the slow and controlled release agents of TCM catch more and more attentions.
