蝮蛇短尾亚种冬眠期血乳酸、血糖和糖原的初步研究

摘　　要：蝮蛇短尾亚种(Agistrodon blmhoffiibrericaudus stejneger,后文简称蝮蛇)是日本蝮蛇科的一个亚种,我们对处于冬眠期蝮蛇的一些生化指标进行了测定分析,以便为人工饲养蝮蛇和提取蛇毒提供科学依据,并且为进一步探讨蝮蛇亚种之间的亲缘关系提供一定的理论旁证.1The glucose and lactic acid in the blood of agkistrodon blomhoflii brericaudus stejneger as well as the glycogen in the muscle and in the liver of the same sample is determined.The results show that they have low blood glucose but high blood lactic acid as well as high muscle glycogen and liver glycogen in hibernation.It may be concern of high anaerobic glycolysis but low metabolic rate.
