摘　　要：对LM 1 5型工作夹片的硬度、金相组织和拉伸性能进行了检测分析。结果表明 :静载锚固效率系数 ηg 低于国家标准的规定 ,其金相组织中存在带状组织。为了消除带状组织和细化晶粒 ,须在碳氮共渗处理前对毛坯进行两次正火处理 。The hardness,microstructure and tension property of LM15 type working-clip were tested and analyzed in this paper.The results show that some clips anchored coefficient of efficiency η_g under static load was lower than the value in the National Standard,and there was banded structure in the microstructure.Therefore,it is necessary to do normalizing for two times before the carbonitriding.The aims are to eliminate the banded structure and to refine the grain in the clips and finally to improve the internal quality of the working-clip.
