注射用血塞通对肺源性心脏病脏器损伤保护作用的病理学研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究注射用血塞通对肺源性心脏病 (肺心病 )脏器损伤病理学改变的保护作用。方法 :将健康日本大耳兔 4 0只随机分为 5组 ,每组 8只。正常对照组 (A组 )输入与其他 4组等量的生理盐水 ;肺心病模型组 (B组 )复制肺心病模型 ;注射用血塞通预防组 (C组 )在复制肺心病模型的同时静脉给予注射用血塞通5 0 m g· kg- 1· d- 1 ;注射用血塞通治疗组 (D组 )在复制模型后静脉给予注射用血塞通 5 0 mg· kg- 1· d- 1 ;西药治疗组 (E组 )在复制肺心病模型后经胃管灌入心痛定片 2 m g· kg- 1 · d- 1 。观察 5组动物光镜及电镜下心、肺病理变化。结果 :与其他各组相比 ,注射用血塞通预防和治疗用药均能明显改善模型兔的心、肺、肝、肾病理损伤。结论 :注射用血塞通对肺心病脏器损伤具有保护作用。Objective: To study the protective effects of panax notoginseng saponins(血塞通) for injection on organ damage of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods: Forty health Japanese white rabbits were divided randomly into five groups. Control group (group A) was injected the same dosage normal saline of other groups. Chronic pulmonary heart disease model was established in model group (group B), prevent group (group C) and treatment group (group D). At the same time panax notoginseng saponins was given for intravenous injection 50 mg·kg-1·d-1. In group D panax notoginseng saponins was given for intravenous injection 50 mg·kg-1·d-1 after the model was established. In nifedipine group (group E), nifedipine of 2 mg·kg-1·d-1 was given by gastric canal after the model was established. The pathological changes of heart, lung, liver, kidney were observed with light microscope and electron microscope in five groups. Results: Compared wth group A, B and E, the pathological changes of heart, lung, liver, kidney were improved in group C and D. Conclusion: Panax notoginseng saponins for injection has protective effects on organ damage of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
