摘　　要：目的为临床提供4种肩关节脱位手法整复的简便方法;为手术单人操作的顺利完成提供可靠保障,减少患者痛苦。方法其要点是让患者侧坐在椅子上,患肩以“骑跨式”放在椅背之顶端,让椅背顶端将腋下顶起,使肱骨上端自然得到一种向外推挤的力量。结果59例患者,酌情选用4种方法之一,均由一名术者单人操作完成,省时、省力、无并发症,患者易接受。结论这四种肩关节复位法简便易行、效果可靠,患者痛苦少,术者容易理解和掌握。Objective To introduce 4 simple clinical methods of manual reduction of the anterior dislocation of the shoulder joint which can be performed successfully by one surgeon to relieve the pain of the patients. Methods The methods are to let the patient sit down in the chair sideways, put the troubled shoulder over the top of the chair back so that the axillary of the patient can be raised over the top of the chair back, and the proximal humerus can be pushed outwards. Results In the past 17 years, 59 cases have been completely cured with one of the four methods which was done only by one surgeon according to the condition of the patient. The reduction was finished in a short time and did not result in any complication, so the patients accepted it readily. Conclusions The four methods of the reduction of the dislocation of the shoulder joint are simple and easy to perform by the surgeons, the result is reliable, and the patients have less pain.
