芬太尼贴剂治疗肺癌疼痛的临床应用与护理

摘　　要：目的　探讨芬太尼贴剂在肺癌疼痛患者中的有效性和护理对策。方法　选取 4 2例伴有中、重度疼痛的肺癌患者 ,使用芬太尼贴剂止痛。记录治疗前后的疼痛强度、并进行使用前后用药的反应和生活质量比较。结果　芬太尼贴剂使用后 ,疼痛完全缓解率、明显缓解率及中度缓解率分别为4 7 6 %、38 1%和 14 3%。受试患者的生活质量得到明显改善。不良反应有便秘、嗜睡、头晕和恶心呕吐等 ,无危及生命的严重不良反应出现。结论　芬太尼贴剂是一种安全有效的止痛药物 ,使用方便 。Objective To study the efficacy and relevant nursing of the use of Fentanyl patch in the management of pain in lung cancer patients .Methods Forty two patients with moderate or severe cancer pain were treated by Fentanyl patch. The pain intensity, quality of life and side effects were studied at the beginning and the end of therapy. Results After treatment, the excellent,effective and moderate remission rates were 47.6%,38.1% and 14.3%respectively. The quality of life improved markedly. The side effects included constipation,lethargy, dizziness, nausea and vomitting etc. No fatal serious adverse reactions occured. Conclusion Fentanyl patch is a safe, effective and convenient analgesic especially for those patients who can not take medicine oral by route. Intensive nursingcare is required during the treatment.
