摘  要:为了改善铝基复合材料的焊接性,分别采用氮气和氩气作为保护气体对SiCp/6063Al复合材料进行脉冲激光焊接.结果表明:采用氮气可以得到比氩气作为保护气体更高的接头强度;在激光作用下,氮气在溶池附近电离分解、吸热,起到冷却溶池作用,从而缩短了溶池凝固时间,改善了溶池中的热循环状态和冶金反应,有效地抑制了焊缝中有害的界面反应,提高了接头质量.In order to improve the weldability of aluminum matrix composite, N_2 and Ar as the protective atmosphere are used respectively to join SiC_p/6063Al composite under laser beam welding. Results show that when N_2 is uses as protective atmosphere the tensile strength of welded joint is higher than when Ar is used as protective atmosphere. An analysis on the microstructure of weld shows that this is because the N_2 molecules are ionized and discomposed with endothermic reaction under laser beam welding, which results in the molten pool cooled so that the harmful interfacial reaction between matrix and reinforcement is restrained effectively and thus the quality of joint enhances. This discovery has a certain academic innovation significance and economic value.
