摘　　要：全军卫生信息化工作取得了进展 :“军字一号”工程在全军医院推广、应用取得明显成绩 ,并完成了对现有系统的升级 ,推动了军队医院信息化新的发展 ;部队卫生信息、疫性监控、药材管理系统的研发应用取得成效 ;远程医学已实际应用 ,初步完成了野战远程医疗系统 ;完成了两级卫生机关联网。对下一步工作的建议 :加强信息化总体工作的统一引导与协调 ;调整卫生信息化工作思路和任务 ;加大卫生信息化建设经费的投入 ;2 0 0 4年全军卫生信息化总体思路是建设一个网络 ,深化两个应用 ,推广三个系统 。Military informative health work had great advantages: 'No.1 Military' Project was extended in military hospitals, the application got obvious achievements, upgrade was done on current system to boost the development of military informative health; Troops got achievements on informative health, supervision of epidemic situation, developing management system of medicament; Practiced on long-distance medicine, finished field long-distance medical system and network access in two types of organizations. Suggestions on further work: Strengthen introduction and coordination of informative health work; Adjust idea and mission of informative health work; Increasing input on informative health work; General idea of military informative health work is building up one network, advancing two applications, extending three systems to guarantee the seeking doctors with card.
