摘　　要：阐述了湖南省水稻生产的有利条件和优质稻的发展 ,介绍了国内优质专用稻生产状况及前景分析 ,划分了湘北优质食用籼粳双季稻区、湘中特色籼型双季稻区和湘南优质饲料籼型双、单季稻 3个区。This paper expounds the advantages of rice production in Hunan Province and the development of rice with superior quality; introduces domestic production status of rice with superior quality and special usage and analyzes its development outlook. Three rice production regions were divided as northern Hunan double cropping rice region with superior quality addable indica and Japonica rice, central Hunan double cropping rice region with indica rice of special characters, and Hunan double and single cropping rice region with indica rice of superior quality and used for animal feed.
