摘 要:蓄热式热交换技术在轧钢厂加热炉上的应用,改变了该加热炉长期以来一直受高热值煤气供应不足、加热炉产量严重不足的困扰,彻底解决了加热炉对高热值煤气依赖问题。利用高炉煤气进行工业加热,不仅充分利用了高炉煤气,减少放散、节约燃料,给企业带来良好的经济效益。更主要的是有利于整个公司煤气的合理配置。With the use of regenerative heat exchanger in rolling heating furnace, the restriction which the heating furnace have to depend on the high-performance propellant, and which the low heating value gas can't be supplied sufficiently and which the output of the furnace is too lower is broken down. The blast furnace gas is used as the combustion gas of heating furnace. Not only the combustion gas can be saved but also the blast furnace gas is used sufficiently and the pollution can be solved. This solves the problem of configuration of the gas in iron and steel works and it has the values to be applied to the comparable corporation.
