摘  要:介绍了SrCo0.8Fe0.2O3-δ(SCF)陶瓷透氧膜的制备,并采用热失重分析和XRD测试方法对所获得样品的制备条件和稳定性能进行了探索。研究发现当固相反应温度在950℃以上,参加反应的主要是活性物质,使所合成SCF的转化率提高,这样获得的SCF陶瓷膜样品稳定性增加,它可以长期暴露在空气中不发生变化;在经过长时间的氧分离实验后,样品表面的XRD测试结果表明相组成未发生改变。The SrCo0.8Fe0.2O3-δ(SCF) oxygen-permeable membranes were fabricated by solid-state reaction method.The preparation condition and stability of the as-prepared samples were conducted can be obtained by controlling the solid-state-reaction temperature at 950 ℃.In the reaction,the reacting materials contacted with the each other were high active,that could lead to the improvement of conversion of the SCF production,so resulted in the stability of as prepared samples,which had lept phase compostion as unchangeable as fresh ones after long term exposed in the atmosphere and experimented oxygen permeation.
