摘　　要：该文对中国石化股份公司金陵分公司热电分部100MW汽轮发电机组在并网投产一年后出现的由于电网网络线跳导致甩负荷停机的事故进行了详细分析,并针对该机组不但承担着发电上网任务,还承担着向分公司化肥分部和炼油生产装置供电供汽的特殊情况,提出了解决此类事故的详细方案,即在DEH控制中增加了内部小网运行功能。The paper presents a detailed analysis of a load rejection stoppage accident, caused by an electric network connection failure, occasioned to the 100MW steam turbine generator set of the Cogeneration Power Plant of Jinling Co. affiliated to China Petrochemical Co. Ltd., after the set had been commissioned and switched an the network a year before. In regard to the special condition, that the set not only has to deliver power to the network, but has simultanously to supply the company's fertilizer section and the oil-refinery equipment with power and steam, the paper suggests a way of coping with such accidents by adding an internal small network to be controlled by the DEH. A short description of its operational function is being presented too.
