住院患者点眼满意度调查分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨适合不同患者特点的点眼方法。方法　对眼科住院的康复期患者 ,根据随机抽样的方法 ,分别于点眼方法整改前、后各抽查 30例 ,将整改前的患者列为A组 ,整改后的患者列为B组。两组均采用问卷调查的方法 ,并将两组结果列表进行统计分析。结果　A组调查结果显示 :从a项到e项患者对点眼的不满意率分别为 4 3 33%～ 2 0 % ,对上述调查结果进行分析整改 ,整改后 (B组 )的调查显示 :从a项到e项的不满意率为 6 6 7%。说明经过整改 ,患者对点眼的满意度呈上升趋势 ,整改前、后的满意度有统计学差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　通过患者对点眼的意见调查 ,找出存在的问题并进行改进 ,可以进一步完善点眼方法。同时 。Objective To investigate the satisfactory methods of dripping gutta among the different patients.Methods Hospitalized patients in stage of recovery were randomly divided into two groups:group A(30 cases)was dripped gutta by using common method,group B(30 cases)was dripped gutta by using modified method,by using questionnaire to analyze their difference.Results The result showed that the unsatisfactory degree were 43.33%～20% in group A and 6.67% in group B from item a to item e respectively.There was difference between A and B group(P<0.05).Conclusion According to investigating the patient's opinion,improving our methods of dripping gutta and doing health education in the entirely nursing work,we can decrease the unsatisfactory rate among the different patients.
