摘  要:目的 :探讨米非司酮对早孕绒毛蜕膜组织细胞凋亡调控基因及雌、孕激素受体 ( ER、 PR)的影响。方法 :免疫组化法测定 Fas、 Fas L、 Bcl- 2、 Bax 4种凋亡调控基因在米非司酮组和对照组两组绒毛蜕膜组织中的蛋白表达 ;分别采用葡聚糖活性炭分离单点饱和分析和免疫组化两种方法测定两组绒毛蜕膜组织中 ER、 PR含量。结果 :Fas、 Bcl- 2表达两组间无明显差异( P>0 .0 5 ) ;Fas L表达米非司酮组低于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;Bax在米非司酮组中的表达较对照组增高 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;用免疫组化法ER、 PR的表达在米非司酮组明显高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;采用葡聚糖活性炭分离单点饱和分析法测定 PR,米非司酮组低于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,ER米非司酮组高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :米非司酮可通过 Fas/ Fas L和 Bcl- 2 / Bax两条途径直接促进早孕蜕膜及滋养细胞凋亡 ;米非司酮通过与 PR竞争性结合 ,拮抗孕激素 ,在米非司酮作用时 ER、Objective:To question effect of Mifepristone on decidual and chorial progesterone and estradiol receptor and apoptosis control gene in artificial early pregnancy Methods:To assay the protein expression of Bcl 2、Bax、Fas、FasL in deciduas by immunohistochemistry;to assay the level of PR and ER by immunohistochemistry and DCC Results:Expression of Fas,Bcl 2 has no obviously difference in Mifepristone group and artificial abortion group( P >0 05);expression of FasL was obviously weaker in Mifepristone group than that of artificial abortion group( P <0 05);expression of Bax was obviously stronger in Mifepristone group( P <0 05); expression of ER,PR was obviously stronger in Mifepristone group than that in artificial abortion group by immunohistochemistry( P <0 05);the level of PR is lower and ER is higher in Mifepristone group than in artificial abortion group( P <0 05) Conclusion:Mifepristone could induce apoptosis of villi directly by Fas/FasL and Bcl 2/Bax pathway; Mifepristone could bind in PR preferentially, oppose progesterone and induce to abortion
