普伐他汀治疗慢性肾小球肾炎综合征高脂血症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　验证普伐他汀对原发性慢性肾小球肾炎综合征高脂血症的治疗效果。方法　将收治的 5 6例慢性肾小球肾炎患者随机分为治疗组 (2 8例 )和对照组 (2 8例 ) ,均进行常规治疗 ,而治疗组除常规治疗外 ,给予普伐他汀 2 0mg/d ,6周 ,两组患者治疗前、后均抽血做脂谱分析。结果　治疗组显效 2 1例 ,有效 7例 ;对照组显效 4例 ,有效 10例 ,无效 13例 ,恶化 1例 ,两组患者疗效间的差别有显著性意义 (u =4 0 4 ,P <0 0 1)。治疗后两组患者除高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)外 ,其余指标间的差别均有显著性意义 (P均 <0 0 5 )。治疗组患者治疗前、后胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -C)、内生肌酐清除率 (Ccr)间的差别均有显著性意义 (P均 <0 0 5 )。结论普伐他汀可明显降低原发性慢性肾小球肾炎综合征高脂血症患者的血脂水平 。ObjectiveTo observe the effect of pravastatin on pravastain on primary chronic glomerulonephritis nephrotio syndrome with hyperlipidemia.MethodsFifty-six patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group.The patients were given pravastatin 20mg,Po,qd for 6wk in treatment group besides routine treatment,and to analyze the blood lipid spectrum before and after treatment.ResultsThe result showed that in the treatment group; 21cases were significantly effective,7 cases were effective,the total effective ratio was 100.00%.In control group 4 cases were significant effective,10cases effective,the total effective rate was 50.00%.Compared with the 2 groups,there were significant differences (u=4.04,P<0.01).The level of TC,TG,LDL-CapoA,apoB,urine protein,Cr,Ccr in blood had no difference before treatment (P>0.05),and after treatment all of them except TG,HDL-C had significant difference between treatment group and controlled group (P>0.05).There were also significant differences before and after treatment in treatment group itself (P>0.05).ConclusionPravastatin can significantly decrease the hyperlipidemia level of primary chronic glomerulonephritis nephropathy,and it has protective effects on kidney.
