摘　　要：目的　探讨鼾症对老年退行性心脏瓣膜病 (DCVD)的影响和对心脏瓣膜结构和功能损害的特征。方法　对 4 5 2例老年鼾症患者与 4 5 2例非鼾症老人进行队列研究 ,采用彩色多普勒超声心动图检查心脏瓣膜的结构与功能。结果　老年鼾症组DCVD的发病率及严重程度与非鼾症组DCVD的发病率及严重程度相比 ,差别有非常显著性意义(P <0 0 1)。结论　鼾症可能是导致DCVD的原因之一 。ObjectiveTo explore the effects of rhonchus on senile degenerated cardiac valvular disease(DCVD) and features of rhonchus′s impairment on valvular structure and function.MethodsCohort study was done between 432 cases with rhonchus and 432 cases with non-rhonchus,color Doppler ultrasound echocardiograph was used to examine the structure and function of valvular and to diagnose DCVD.ResultsThe sick rate of DCVD in rhonchus group was significantly higher than that in non-rhochus group and DCVD in rhonchus group was serious that in non-rhonchus group (P<0.01).The difference is obviously meaningful.ConclusionRhonchus may be one of the reasons to cause DCVD and one factor of exacerbating the damage of valvular structure and its functional barrier.
