摘　　要：采取查阅相关资料和访谈的方式对我国社区卫生服务工作的开展情况进行了调查 ,了解了社区卫生服务的相关政策、组织结构、人员配备和工作情况 ,发现存在的问题 ,如资金投入不足 ,服务难以满足需求 ,人员培训欠缺 ,配套政策不全 ,非专业队伍开发利用不够 ,有效评价缺乏等 。By means of literature review and site visit,to investigate community-based health service in cities of China and to learn community health service policy,organization,human resource and operation.There are some problems on community-based health service in most of cities,such as lack of funding and training for health workers,dissatisfying residents′ needs,no enough polices support,cultivation and utilization of non-professional groups and evaluation indices.
