鸡新城疫Ⅰ系、Ⅱ系疫苗早期免疫扩大试验  

Field Experiment of Early Immunization in Chickens with Ⅱ and Ⅰ Strains of Newcastle Disease Vaccine

摘  要:对成都、江油、中江三个养鸡场的六批次,具有不同水平母源抗体的11450只雏鸡采用新城疫Ⅱ系苗1日龄滴鼻首免,Ⅰ系苗20日龄饮水二免,经过鸡群定期检测血清HI抗体效价和攻击强毒保护结果,证明雏鸡首免和二免后,HI抗体效价能在长期内维持在较高水平,对强毒攻击具有坚强抵抗力,Ⅰ系苗饮水免疫后,经长期观察,未见免疫鸡群与同群感染哨鸡出现任何不良反应。本次扩大试验表明:雏鸡采用Ⅱ系,Ⅰ系疫苗早期免疲,效果确实,安全可靠,方法简便易行,具有生产实用价值。作者并结合大量研究文献论证了早期免疲的应答机制和重要意义。Eleven thousand four hundred and fifty chickens with different materal antibody level separately fed in 3 chicken farms in Chengdu, Jiangyu and Zhongjiang, were vaccinated by intranasal instillation with Hitchner BI strain at 1 day old and vaccinated again by drinking water with Mukteswar strain at 20 day old and the Determination of HI antibody in chickens and the challege with viruent strain of NDV(F_(48)E_6) were performed. The results showed that after two vaccination, the chickens could ke ep the high HI titer fora long time and had strong resistance to the challenge. After drinking water with Mukteswar strain, no harm in the vaccinated chickens and non-immune chickens that mixed in the vaccinated chickens was watched for a long time. The authors suggest that the effect of the chickens vaccinated with Hitchner BI and Mukteswar strain of NDVta early stage is reliable, safety and worthy, the method of vacciantion is simple and easy. Combining with other research reports, authors expound the mechanism of response and important significance of early stage vaccination.
