摘  要:受环境和通航条件的影响,向家坝水电站只宜采用底流消能形式,但这种高水头、大流量的底流消能工中外罕见。经大量试验研究提出的高低坎方案,其水力学指标在可接受的范围内,基本可解决向家坝水电站的泄洪消能问题。Confined to the impact on the environment and navigation conditions, the bottom-flow energy dissipation has to be used in the design of the Xiangjiaba Hydroelectric Project. Nevertheless, it is rare in China and yet in the world to use such bottom-flow energy dissipater at so high water head and large flow discharge. With a great mber of laboratory tests and studies, the mixture of high-and low-sill alternatives has been proposed, which its hydraulics indexes are allowable and able to solve the matter of flood discharging and energy dissipation in the Xiangjiaba Hydroelectric Project.
