摘 要:霍 1 0井是新疆油田公司准噶尔盆地南缘霍尔果斯背斜的一口重点探井 ,为寻找南缘新的勘探领域、研究南缘的油气及油气分布规律而部署。该井属于典型的高压油气井 ;第三系安集海河组以下地层均存在异常的高压地层 ,并且受山前构造高地应力的影响 ,井壁易塌、易漏、易缩径 ,地层极不稳定 ,目的层可能存在高压气层 ,不确定因素很多 ;固井施工工艺复杂 ,施工技术难度大。分析了霍 1 0井的固井难点 ,进行了技术准备 ,采取了一些技术措施 ,配制了密度高达 2 .6 0g/cm3 的超高密度水泥浆 ,改进了固井设备 ,优化了固井参数 ,通过研究与应用 ,形成了一套超高密度水泥浆固井技术。应用所研究的技术在霍 1 0井进行现场固井施工 ,固井质量为合格。Well Huo 10 is an important exploratory well located in Junggar basin drilled by Xinjiang Oilfield Company to find new exploratory area and to investigate hydrocarbon occurrence there. The well is a typical high pressure oil gas well. Ultra high pressure exist in the formation and sloughing, circulation loss and shrinkage problems frequently occur caused by tectonic stress and possible high pressure gas layer existing in formations of interest. Therefore, cementing operating was complex and working was difficult there. To cope with the problems, cementing technology point was analyzed, some technical methods were employed with preparing ultra high density cement slurry of 2.60 g/cm 3, cementing equipment was improved and parameters were optimized and a cementing technology using ultra high density cement slurry was developed and used in Well Huo 10. Field application showed that excellent cementing quality has been obtained.
