用单光子发射CT观察针刺不同侧头皮运动区对中风患者脑血流量的影响

摘　　要：目的 :采用单光子发射CT分子功能影像技术探讨头皮针刺疗法信号传递的途径和原理。方法 :将 2 3例脑梗死患者随机分为病灶同侧针刺组和病灶对侧针刺组。同一体位下 ,患者接受针刺前和电针刺激 2次单光子发射CT脑灌注显像。 结果 :2 3例患者脑内皆存在血流灌注和功能低下区 ,无论针刺病灶的同侧头皮 ,还是病灶的对侧头皮 ,所有病灶皆见缩小或者消失。结果显示 ,病灶同侧组和病灶对侧组的血流功能变化率 (BFCR % )都比正常志愿者明显高 ,但两组之间差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :头皮针刺能够明显改善病灶区的脑血流灌注和功能 ,但和头皮针刺侧关系不大。Objective To explore the route and mechanism of scalp acupuncture signs by means of molecular functional imaging technology of single photon emission CT. Methods Twenty three cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into focus ipsilateral acupuncture group and focus contralateral acupuncture group. The patients received examination of single photon emission CT before and during acupuncture in a same body position. Results Lower blood perfusion and function regions were found in all the 23 cases and all the foci were reduced or disappeared by acupuncture at the ipsilateral scalp or contralateral scalp. The blood flow change rates (BFCR) in both the focus ipsilateral acupuncture group and the focus contralateral acupuncture group were higher than that of the normal volunteers, but there was no significant difference between the two acupuncture groups (P>0 05). Conclusion The scalp acupuncture can obviously improve cerebral blood flow and function of the focus, which is not related with the sides of scalp acupuncture.
