摘 要:以 Ag NO3、TEOS和 KH5 5 0为原料 ,用溶胶凝胶法在浮法玻璃表面镀制了含银胶体粒子的二氧化硅涂层。所得到的溶胶中 n(Ag) /n(Si) (原子比 )为 0 .0 2~ 0 .15。在热处理 (≥ 5 0 0℃ )之后 ,涂层的表面致密 ,无裂纹 ,并得到了淡黄-黄 -棕黄系列样品。采用红外光谱仪、荧光光谱仪、紫外可见光分光光度计等仪器测试了涂层的微结构及光学性能。结果表明 :浮法玻璃中的 Na+ 与涂层中 Ag+ 在热处理过程中进行交换 ,交换到基片中的 Ag+ 与 Sn2 + 反应 ,使 Ag+ 在较低的温度下即可被还原并形成银胶体粒子 ,从而获得银胶粒着色涂层。Using the sol-gel method,silver nitrate(AgNO_3),TEOS and KH550 were used as the main raw materials and silica coating that contains silver colloidal particles was prepared on the surface of the floating glass. The atom ratio of silver to silicon ( n (Ag)/ n (Si)) was 0.02~0.15. After the heat treatment(≥500 ℃),the surface of the coating was compact,without crack,and a series of light yellow or yellow or brown samples were obtained. The microstructure and photochemistry properties of the coating were characterized by IR spectrum,fluorescent spectrum,and ultraviolet-visible spectral photometer and some other devices. The experimental results showed that the sodium ions(Na +) in the floating glass were exchanged to the silver ion(Ag +) of the coating during the heat treatment. Then Ag + reacted with Sn 2+ ions,and were reduced to silver colloidal particles at a low temperature and thus the coating was produced.
