摘  要:根据腕踝针的分区特点、针刺部位、镇痛特点结合现代经络实验研究 ,对其镇痛机理从生物力学方面提出新的思路。腕踝针的镇痛特性可能与十二皮部经络循行路线上的交感神经敏感线、皮下血管的应力变化、组织液压波的形成与传播等引起病灶局部的离子通道变化有关 ,即镇痛的机制认为是体内机械波与化学波 (孤立波 )相互协调、相互振荡而达到新的平衡状态。Based on the characteristics of the regions, the needling area, analgesic characteristics of wrist-ankle acupuncture in combination with modern experimental studies of meridians, a new thinking of analgesic mechanism of wrist-ankle acupuncture was put forward from the point of view of biomechanics. It is held that the analgesic characteristics of wrist-ankle acupuncture are possibly correlated with sympathetic sensitive lines along skin meridians, stress changes of the blood vessels under the skin, form and propagation of intesitial pressure, etc. which induce ion passage changes around the location of focus. That is, analgesic mechanism of wrist-ankle acupuncture is coordination and vibration of the mechanical and chemical (isolated wave) waves in the body each other to reach a new balance state.
