摘　　要：本文从能源、公害诸方面论述了现用汽车所面临的问题,提出了开发电动汽车以逐步取代现用汽车这个观点。阐明了电动汽车的一系列优点和经济性;同时还综述了近期国内外电动汽车发展的趋势和成果,指出了国内开发该产品中存在的问题及改进办法。The problem faced in internal combustion engine vehicle(ICEV) has been discussed and the viewpoint is proposed that developping EV for replacing ICEV. The advantages of EV are discussed. The paper has summarized the development and advances in the field of EV. In the end, It has pointed out the problem met in developping this product at home and proposed the reformed methods.
