摘　　要：中国监狱史研究 ,起步晚 ,发展较慢 ,不少理论观点值得商榷或需作深究。如 :关于封建狱制完备时期的确立问题 ;录囚制度的起源及发展的定位问题 ;我国历史上第一部监狱法典的认定问题 ;以及中国监狱史发展的特征问题等。深入研究这些问题 ,对于我们了解监狱的过去 ,吸取经验教训 ,管理监狱 。The initiation of study on the history of prison in China is late and the development of it is slow. Many ideas of theories need to be further deliberated and probed. For instance, the establishment of the maturity of feudal prison system, the orientation of the origin or development of “Luqiu” system, the determination of the first code of prison in Chinese history, and the study on the characteristics of the development of Chinese prison history. It is significantly important for us to know the past of prisons, to adopt experience, to administrate prisons, and to improve prisons.
