摘　　要：为探讨早产儿脑室内出血的观察与护理要点。回顾分析57例患儿的临床资料,给予腰穿及相应的护理措施。治愈55例,放弃治疗2例。早产儿脑室内出血的护理配合对其尽早发现,早期干预有着重要的临床意义。To summarize and investigate the main point of clinical observation and nursing of intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) in premature infants. Methods: A retrospective investigation was performed to analyse the clinical data in 57 cases.Lumbar puncture and relevant nursing were carried out. Results: 55 patients were cured. 2 case were abnegated to be healed. Conclusion: It is of an important clinical significance that nursing cooperation on IVH was able to give first priority to diagnose and interference.
