海南岛苗族健康人的中医体质类型与HLA基因频率分布的关系

摘　　要：用主因子分析法和 HLA 组织相容性试验,对海南岛苗族97例健康人的中医体质类型与 HLA 基因频率分布的关系进行研究。结果是:阳多阴少型61例,阴多阳少型32例,阴阳和平型6例;从体征指标的主因子分析中,发现Ⅰ—Ⅲ因子相对应的变量,与中医体质类型特征基本相符。本材料显示海南岛苗族健康人的 HLA-A,-B,-C 抗原分布的总趋势与其它资料基本相似,在中医体质类型中,阳多阴少型的 A2频率较高,与阴多阳少型相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。It was reported here the correlation between constitution type in TCM of healthy subject and frequency distribution of HLA gene of Miao (苗) nation- ality in Hainan Island,110 items of body' trait investigated on 97 healthy subjects of Miao nationality in Hainan Island were analysed with the method of factor analysis by IBM-PC/XT microcomputer.The results showed that Yin dominating over Yang type (阴多阳少型),Yang dominating over Ying type (阳多阴少型) and Yin-Yang balance type (阴阳平衡型) were 32,61,6 cases respectively.From this,constitutional type of TCM were drawn and verified.Factors Ⅰ-Ⅲ the constitutional indices drawn respectively by positive and negative variables conformed to the traits of constitutional types in TCM.Homologous Leucocytic Antigen(HLA) was measured in these subjects. The results showed that the frequency distribution of HLA gene among the constitutional types of Miao subjects in Hainan Island was:The frequency of A2 was much higher Yang dominating over Yin type but the frequency of B_5 was much higher in this same type of the Han (汉) subjects in Guang- dong.However,it should be further inuestigated.
