摘  要:在实验室条件下,用质量浓度为0 118和0 278mg/L的臭氧处理草鱼鱼种,研究臭氧对草鱼血液中丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)浓度和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)活性的影响.实验结果表明:MDA浓度在两种质量浓度中暴露30min后显著升高.GSH浓度在0 118mg/L暴露90min后显著降低,在0 278mg/L暴露30min后显著降低.GPX活性在0 118mg/L暴露30min显著升高,并在90min的实验时间内维持在一恒定水平;在0 278mg/L暴露30min其活性显著升高,但之后便呈现下降趋势,并在第90min时显著低于对照组.The effects of ozone on the activity of GPX and the content of GSH and MDA were studied by using the blood of 1-year-old grass carp (Ctenopharygodon idellus) fingerling exposed to the ozone concentration of 0.118 mg/L and 0.278 mg/L in fresh water for 30 min, 60 min and 90 min respectively. At the concentration of 0.118 mg/L and 0.278 mg/L, the content of MDA was significantly elevated after 30 min. The content of GSH in blood was significantly decreased after 90 min exposure of 0.118 mg/L ozone and after 30min of 0.278 mg/L. The activity of GPX was elevated significantly at the concentration of 0.118 mg/L after 30min and then kept at a invariable level until 90 min, but at 0.278 mg/L, it was elevated significantly after 30 min and then decreased which is significantly after 90 min.
