摘　　要：笔者报道5例活体肝部分移植手术的配合体会。认为术前对供、受体双方进行心理护理以取得合作,物品准备周全,术中密切有序的配合以及各手术组成员之间的协调一致是手术顺利进行的重要保证。The authors reported the cooperative experience in 5 cases undergoing partial liver transplantation, arguing for the purpose of a smooth conduct of transplantation, the important points are preoperative mental care for the donor and the recipient, sufficient preparation of utensils, close and orderly cooperation with doctors.
