摘  要:长江口赤潮多发区1990年6月观测到的一次赤潮可以认为是夜光藻——中肋骨条藻交替型赤湖.纵观整个赤潮发育过程,夜光藻和中肋骨条藻交替成为优势种,其中夜光藻最大密度为3.49×10~6ccll/mm^3.多发区海域基本上为正规半日潮,与潮汐呈相似波动特征的环境要素有盐度、DO、pH 和 SiO_3-Si.赤潮发生时,表层水体营养盐有不同程度消耗,其中 NO_3—N、NO_2—N、PO_4—P 和SiO_3—Si 的最大降幅分别达10、6、3和3.5倍.此外,在中肋骨条藻赤潮阶段,水体 DO、pH 值升高、盐度下降,而且当赤潮消亡后很快恢复正常.A bloom that breakouts in red tide frequent area of Changjiang Estuary in June,1990 can be con- sidered as the successive type red tide occured from Noctiluca scintillans to Skeletonema costatum. During the whole developing procedure,Noctiluca scintillans and Skeletonema costatum became the dominant species alternatively,of which the maximum cell density of Noctiluca scintillans reached 3.49×10~3 cell/M^3.The surveyed sea area belongs to regular semi-diurnal tide.Several environmental factors such as salinity,DO,pH,and SiO_3-Si showed similar changing characteristics.When bloom occured,nutrients in the surface water reduced to some extent,of which NO_3-N,NO_3-N, PO_4-P and SiO_3-Si had the most depletion of 10,6,3 and 3.5 times respectively less than that of the normal concentrations.At the Skeletonema costatum blooming stage,DO and pH ascended, while salinity descended and all three items returned to normal rapidly as the red tide disapcared.
