摘  要:目的 探讨外用罂粟碱对组织扩张效率的影响及其生物力学机制 ,为临床应用和推广药物辅助组织扩张技术提供理论基础。方法 以小型猪为实验动物 ,并将其分为用药扩张组和常规扩张组 ,用药扩张组在组织扩张过程中外用罂粟碱霜 ,两组均进行扩张时间和每次可增加的扩张容量的观测 ,并在扩张结束后取皮肤试件 ,进行应力 -应变的测定。结果 用药扩张组的平均扩张时间较常规扩张组显著缩短 ,其皮肤软组织的粘弹性较常规扩张组有提高和增强的趋势。结论 外用罂粟碱有提高和增强扩张组织粘弹性的趋势 ,能加速组织扩张 。Objective The study was to evaluate the effect of external use of papaverine cream on enhancement of tissue expansion and to investigate their biomechanical changes for its application and popularization.Methods Small porines were used as animal models.Two groups were divided:Medication expansion group, Conventional expansion group.Papaverine cream was applied externally in medication expansion group during tissue expansion.The average expansion time and the average increased capacity every time were measured in each group.The stress-strain was measured in each group after tissue expansion.Results The average expansion time of Medication expansion group decreased than that of Conventional expansion group. There was significant difference among the two groups. The viscoelasticity of Medication expansion group trended to enhancement as compared with Conventional expansion group.Conclusions Use of papaverine cream can increase the viscoelasticity of expanded tissue, accelerate expansion process, shorten expansion time, and it is an effective method for accelerating tissue expansion.
