温热磁场、音频电加中药热敷治疗退行性膝关节病100例疗效比较

摘　　要：目的　探讨温热磁场、音频电加中药热敷治疗退行性膝关节病的效果。方法　将 10 0例有临床症状的膝关节病患者随机分温热磁场组与音频电加中药热敷组 ,观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状的改善情况 ,并进行对比。结果　温热磁场组与音频电加中药热敷组的显效率、有效率、总有效率分别为 4 6 %、4 8%、94 %及 4 2 %、5 4 %、96 % ,两组比较无显著性差异。结论　温热磁场与音频电加中药热敷治疗退行性膝关节病均有较好疗效 。Objective To explore the warm magnetic field and audio frequency electricity companied with traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of fading knee joint disease.Methods 100 patients with fading knee joint disease were treated with warm magnetic field and audio frequency electricity companied with traditional Chinese medicine.The effects on clinic symptoms were observed before and after treatment respectively.Results The notable efficacy rate,the efficacy rate and the total efficacy rate were 46%,48%,94% respectively in the patients treated with warm magnetic field and 42%,54%,96% respectively in the patients treated with audio frequency electricity companied with traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion The warm magnetic field and audio frequency electricity companied with traditional Chinese medicine therapy are effective methods on treatment of fading knee joint disease,and the procedure of the former is more convenient.
