摘　　要：在论述二次人才资源开发必要性的基础上,对目前我省高校二次人才资源开发的现状进行讨论,分析影响二次人才资源开发的主要因素,提出二次人才资源开发的对策建议:提高认识;建立健全返聘人才机构,明确职责;掌握二次人才信息,引入中介服务;创建二次人才资源开发的市场;完善聘用人才制度;完善政策法规。Necessity of re-development for aged talents is expounded and the current conditions of re-development for those who worked for society is illustrated. The main factors that influence the re-development is analyzed and the ideas of aged talents' re-development are put forward, including enhancing recognition, establishing system of employment, explicating duty, collecting information, introducing medium, building up the market for aged talents, and improving regulation of employment and policies.
