摘  要:我院的护理管理在医院改革中注重“以人为本” ,全面推行护理质量标准 ,引导护士在工作中自觉地执行标准 ,逐步从终末质量过渡到环节质量控制 ;狠抓护理质量管理标准的贯彻、落实 ;“以病人为中心” ,为病人做实事 ,创造和谐的治疗、休养氛围 ;通过对病人的健康教育 ,提高了护士的语言表达能力以及与病人沟通的技巧 ,缩短了护患间距离 ,真正做到了对病人实施心理、生理、社会等全面的护理。We emphasized the idea of “human-focused” in the nursing management in the reform of our hospital and established the standard of nursing quality completely, led the nurses to carry out the standard on self-conscious, changed from the end quality control to the link quality control gradually, strictly fulfilled the standard of the nursing quality management, according to the idea of “patient-focused”,provided practical service and harmonious environment of treatment and recovery for the patients. Through health education to the patients,the nurses’ ability and skills of communication with the patients improved and the nurse-patient distance became closer, which really fulfilled the holistic nursing which provided physiological, psychological and social nursing for the patients. The new nursing mode made the nursing of our hospital followed the orbit of the virtuous cycle.
