白癜风患者血清免疫球蛋白、补体及可溶性白细胞介素-2受体水平的检测

摘　　要：目的 :探讨免疫球蛋白、补体及可溶性白介素 2受体 (sIL 2R)在白癜风发病中的变化。方法 :采用免疫透射比浊法和双抗夹心ELISA技术检测 4 6例白癜风患者血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM ,补体C3、C4及sIL 2R的水平 ,并以 30例正常人作对照组比较。结果 :寻常型白癜风患者血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM均显著高于正常对照 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,补体C3、C4显著低于正常对照 (P <0 .0 1 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;白癜风患者血清sIL 2R显著高于正常对照(P <0 .0 1 ) ,且进展期较静止期显著性增高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;节段型在上述比较中均无显著性改变 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :白癜风患者存在体液免疫和细胞免疫功能紊乱 ,血清sILObjective: To investigate the variation of immunoglobulin, complement and sIL 2R during the course of vitilgo. Methods: The levels of IgG,IgA, IgM, C3、C4 and sIL 2R in serum were detected by immunoturbidimetry and ELISA method in 46 cases of vitiligo, compared with 30 cases of healthy controls. Results: The levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in the patients of vitiligo vulgaris were higher than those in the health controls significantly( P <0.01). But the levels of C3 and C4 were lower than those in the health controls ( P <0.01, P <0.05). The level of the sIL 2R in the patients with vitiligo was higher than that in the health controls especially during the progressive stage of the disease. And the level during the progressive stage was higher than the steady stage. The levels in patients with segmental vitiligo had no discrepence with those in the health controls ( P> 0.05). Conclusion: Dysfunction of cellular immunity and humorl immunity exists in vitiligo. The level of sIL 2R in serum has a certain relationship with the activation in patients with vitiligo.
