摘　　要：　文章阐述了情感教育在人才培养中的重要作用,在三个方面提出了高校加强情感教育的策略:一是重视课程设计,努力体现教学艺术;二是重视教育工作者情商能力的提高,努力体现教育艺术;三是重视育人环境的优化,努力拓宽情感教育培养途径。This article elaborated the important function of affective education in cultivating talents,and put forward the tactics in three aspects:Firstly,attaching importance to the design of the courses and making great efforts to embody the art of teaching;Secondly,attaching importance to enhancing the emotion quotient(EQ) ability of the educational workers; Thirdly,attaching importance to bettering the environment which cultivates the talents and widening the ways of cultivation.
