摘 要:通过控制铝盐与碳酸氢铵溶液的沉淀反应条件,制备出结晶碳酸铝铵前驱体。通过加入晶体生长促进剂等方法改善氧化铝颗粒的大小及形貌。结果表明:适宜的沉淀条件是获得结晶碳酸铝铵沉淀的关键。晶体生长促进剂对氧化铝颗粒的大小和形貌影响很大,适量加入晶体生长促进剂可以获得大小均匀、外形规则的六角形氧化铝分散颗粒,其大小约为1~2μm,比表面积约为2m2·g-1,是较为理想的荧光粉原料。Crystalline ammonium aluminum carbonate hydroxide(AACH) precursor was synthesized by controlling precipitation reaction conditions. αAl_(2)O_(3 ) powder as a raw material of phosphor was prepared by the precursor calcinated at (1 200 ℃). The particle size and shape of αAl_(2)O_(3) were improved by adding crystal growing accelerant agent. The results show that the proper precipitation reaction conditions are a key factor in synthesizing crystalline AACH, and the crystal growing accelerant agent plays a very important role in controlling the particle size and shape of αAl_(2)O_(3). The regular hexagonal Al_(2)O_(3) particles with homogeneous particle size of 1—2 μm and the specific surface of 2 m^(2)·g ^(-1)were prepared. It is an ideal raw material for making phosphor.
