胸三角皮瓣在颌面部缺损修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的总结胸三角皮瓣修复颌面部缺损的经验。方法对我科收治的22例颌面部恶性肿瘤术后缺损患者进行胸三角皮瓣修复。结果22例术后皮瓣均成活,无一例皮瓣坏死,修复效果满意。结论应用胸三角皮瓣修复颌面部软组织缺损,操作简单,修复效果良好,是一种有效的修复方法。Objective To conclude the experience of repairing therapy on defects of maxillofacail using deltopectoral flaps. Methods 22 patients with maxillofacail tumors operated were repaired with deltopectoral flaps. Results All 22 flaps were surived. No flap occurred necroses.The effects was satisfactory. Conclusion The deltopectoral flap is the effective method for repairing defects of maxillofacail in operation.The surgical procedure is easy to perform and good physiologic results can be obtained.
