摘　　要：DIB位图具有与设备无关的性质,能很好的保证图像数据的完整性。文中结合实际经验,阐述了把一般位图转换成DIB位图和DIB位图在数据库中存取的方法,并提供了部分实现程序。The device -independent bitmap can g uarantee bitmap datas' integrality,whose display has noth-ing to do with the device you are using.The paper applies practice to expou nd the means of converting a general bitmap to DIB and access DIB i n a database and also provides some pr ograms.
