摘  要:根据四川安宁河流域不同生态环境地质类型的控制因素,将评价目标分解为以坡度、年降雨量、地质灾害易发程度、高程、植被指数作为评价因子的森林生态环境地质评价系统;以坡度、水资源量、地质灾害易发程度、第四系堆积物面积、土壤类型作为评价因子的农业生态环境地质评价系统;以坡度、水资源量、人口密度、地质灾害易发程度、地震烈度作为评价因子的人居生态环境地质评价系统。评价采用模糊综合评判的方法,充分运用GIS技术进行指标取值、分级与成图。经验证,定量评价与定性评价结果较吻合,证明该套基于GIS技术的生态环境地质质量的定量评价是切实可行的,结论是可信的。In order to settle for the policy of western development, the eco-barrier construction and the comprehensive exploitation and protective programming of eco-environmental geology in the Anning River, after having surveyed the area for two years, combined with the synthetical analysis of the former data and remote sensing production, the authors quest for and sum up a suit of methods to evaluate the eco-(geological) environment quality based on GIS technology and primarily establish three guideline systems. Then, they carry on evaluation and forecast of the eco-environmental geological quality. Based on the (controlling) factors of different types of eco-environmental geology, the paper divides the evaluated objects into three systems, that is, sylvan, agricultural and inhabitable eco-environmental geological evaluation systems. The fuzzy judge way is applied to evaluation, and GIS is effectively adopted in picking up (indication) value and making chart. Through verification, these evaluation systems are viable.
