摘　　要：我国地区间产业结构失衡的原因是我国改革开放后地区间非平衡的发展政策、国家的宏观产业政策、地方保护政策以及在这些政策作用下地区间市场化程度的差异所造成的。对此,应通过推进体制创新、强化市场观念、调整地区产业结构等措施加以解决。The out-of-balance reason is as followes:the out-of-balanced development policies among the areas after the reform and opening-up of our country,macroscopical industrial policy,local protective policy and differences of the market-based de-gree among the areas under these policies of the country.As to this,should solve these questions through advancing system innovation,strengthening market idea,adjusting regional industrial structure,etc..
