摘　　要：姜黄素具有降血脂、抗血小板及清除氧自由基 ,提高网状系统吞噬力 ,调节机体免疫力等作用 .其中抗肿瘤作用是姜黄素的主要活性之一 .将B1 6细胞于体外Cur处理 48h ,接种于小鼠皮下 .观察其成瘤性的变化 .取 1× 1 0 5 个同上预处理的B1 6活细胞 ,给小鼠尾静脉注射 ,与对照组比较肺转移瘤数 ,并计算肺转移抑制率 .从实验结果看 :低浓度Cur预处理B1 6细胞 ,不仅可使其成瘤能力明显下降 ,且侵袭转移能力也有一定程度的下降 .Curcumin to can fall fat of blood,resist blood platelet and remove oxygen free radical,raise netted system engulf strength,regulate the organism on the function,such as immunity,etc.One of the plain main activation that antitumor function is the Curcumin among them.Cell deal with 48 h on external Cur B 16 ,inoculate in the light mouse's skin laying.Observe it become tumour change.Fetch 1×10 5 pieces of the same B 16 living cell of pretreatment,give little mouse tail intravenous injection,compare with contrast group lung shift tumour count.And calculate that the lung shifts the suppressing rate.Seen from experimental result low density Cur pretreatment B 16 cell,can make it become tumour ability to obviously drop.Attack and shift the decline that ability has a certain degree too.
