摘 要:以DEFORM 3D软件为例 ,提出基于点对来获取模具型腔轮廓节点的方法 ,并用C ++语言加以实现 ,得到精确的模具截面边界曲线 ,为研究模具和工件变形提供方便高效的手段。Over the past few years numerical simulation have been widely used for research in metal forming, which have been successful in providing understanding of metal flow and die deformation. However, for many FEM(finite element method) softwares, such as ANSYS and DEFORM, it is difficult to obtain the profile of the meshed object, which is very disadvantageous to analyze the deformation of the die. A new method is introduced to obtain the boundary nodes and profile of the object by analyzing the data storage structure of element in DEFORM-3D. The inside nodes are on joint edges between two triangles, while the boundary nodes are on single edges in one triangle. And every edge in the meshed object is corresponding to a node-pair in the storage database. Thus, all boundary nodes can be obtained by selecting the node-pairs corresponding to the single edge in the meshes. To prove the efficiency of this method, a program basing on the scheme was written with C++ language and was used for obtaining section profile curve of the die in forging process. As a result, high precision gears were forged successfully by means of modification of the die.
