摘  要:文章分析了《规范》对塔式起重机塔身标准节连接用高强螺栓预紧的要求,以及目前施工常用的两种高强螺栓预紧方式,得出结论施工中高强螺栓的实际预紧转矩可以减小到规范给定值的65%~80%是错误的,并提出应尽快研制一种专用的塔身高强螺栓预紧电动工具,研究预紧方法,以提高塔机的安装质量,提高塔机整个生命周期的安全性。Requirements in criteria on pre-tightened high strength bolts for standard connections of tower crane frames are analyzed, and two currently used pre-tightening methods of high strength bolts are described in the article. It is concluded that it is un-correct to reduce the actual pre-tightening torque of high strength bolts to 65~80 percent of specified values in construction. It is suggested that a dedicated electric tool should be developed to pre-tighten high strength bolts and the pre-tightening methods should be studied as well, in order to increase installation quality and safety in the life span of tower cranes.
