锶离子对α-磷酸钙骨水门汀改性的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨锶离子对α 磷酸钙骨水门汀进行改性后的性能变化。方法 :在α 磷酸钙骨水门汀粉末中加入碳酸锶对该系统进行改性 ,使用x线衍射、原子能谱进行Sr2 + 的变化分析 ,考察固化体的凝固时间、压缩强度、溶解率以及锶离子在固化过程中的变化。结果 :骨水门汀的凝固时间满足临床操作的要求 ,在 37℃、PBS液中浸泡 5天后最高压缩强度达 2 8 7MPa ,溶解率增大 ,提高了表面生物反应性。结论 :用锶离子对α 磷酸钙骨水门汀系统改性后可改善其体外降解性能 。Objective:To investigate the property change of α tricalcium phosphate cement modified by strontium ions.Methods:In this study α tricalcium phosphate cement was modified by strontium ions.The setting time,compressive strength,rate of dissolution and the change of strontium ions in solidifying process were investigated.Results:The setting time of cement could meet the expectation of clinical operation.The compressive strength of cement was enhanced up to 28 7 MPa after immerging in the PBS at 37 ℃ for 5 days and the rate of dissolution and biological reactivity increased.Conclusion:α tricalcium phosphate cement modified by strontium ions can improve the dissolubility in vitro and compressive strength of cement.
