摘　　要："协同作战能力"(CEC)系统,是基于"网络中心战"思想研制的世界上第一个比较成熟的网络中心战系统。本文从分析CEC系统工作机理与过程入手,确定了影响CEC系统主要因素的量化指标,以此为基础构建了CEC系统效能评估模型,并根据模型进行分析及提出反制CEC系统策略。The CEC system is the first practical system of the Network Centric War theory.By analysing the operation mechanism,some items of the main factors that play important roles in CEC are presented here.An efficiency-mode of the CEC is built based on the factors and some counterattack methods are given in the end.
