摘　　要：当前电子政务建设中普遍存在"信息孤岛"现象。本文分析了产生这种现象的原因,给出了在现有软件技术基础上,通过构建信息交换平台,实现政务信息资源集成和共享的方法。In the construction of e_government,the phenomenon of 'sef_governed information' is ubiquitous.In this paper,the authors analyse the cause and describe the method to realize the integration and share of the government's information via making the platform of information exchange based on current software technology.
