摘　　要：论述了科技编辑在稿件评定中的重要作用。指出鉴审就是编辑对原稿的科学研究过程。编辑必须负起自己应有的责任。提出了编辑鉴审稿件主要应从三个方面把关:(1)做好前提性审查;(2)恪守科学、创新、严谨的审查原则;(3)通过分析参考文献审查。It discusses the importance of science and technical editors in estimate for contribution. The evaluation is just the study of contributions. Editors must do perform their duty. It gives three demands for editors when they evaluate contributions: (1) estimate precondition; (2) strictly obey scientific, innovated and precise rules; (3) analysis references.
