摘　　要：转录因子Sox2是sox基因家族的一个成员,由于它在早期胚胎发生、神经分化和晶状体发育等多种重要的发育事件中都起着关键的作用,从而引起了越来越广泛的关注。本文就小鼠sox2基因的研究进展作一综述。Transcription factor Sox2 is a member of sox gene family, because of itspivotal function in diverse important developmental processes such as earlyembryogenesis, neural differentiation and lens development, broad attention hasarisen. In this review, we focus on recent advances in the studies of mouse sox2 gene.
