摘　　要：社会主义市场经济条件下经济法的研究中心是一个理论问题,更是一个实际问题,极有探讨价值。对此问题有财政金融法说、竞争法说、反垄断与计划法说、国家投资经营法说等观点。从经济法的产生、经济法的调节方式、国外经验和我国实情看宏观经济调控法乃我国经济法的研究中心。The research center of economic law in socialist market economy is not only a theoretical question, but a practical one with its great importance. There are some ideas about it, concerning pubic finance law, competition law, anti-trust and plan law and national investment and state-owed property administration law. Surveying the origin, modulating type, foreign experience and domestic situation of it, the research of economic law should focus on the macro-control law.
